Dr. Sadiq Sharaf is the Owner, Chief Executive Officer, and General Manager of Dr. Sadiq Sharaf Dental Center. He holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree, which he completed between 1990 and 1995. He began his professional career as a general dentist at Al Khaleej Medical Clinic from December 1997 to June 1998, and later at Bahrain Medical Center – Dental Department – from June 1998 to May 1999. Dr. Sharaf has an extensive record of accredited courses and certifications. In 2025, he completed an Advanced Program in Dental Lasers (150 Continuing Medical Education – CME hours). In 2019, he attended a course in Invisalign Orthodontics and another in Laser Dentistry (10 CME hours). In 2018, he earned a certificate from the Dental Implant Studies Alliance (150 CPD hours) and completed courses in 3D imaging for implant dentistry and root canal therapy, as well as an A-Z endodontics course. In 2017, he trained in modern techniques in root canal treatment. In 2013, he took a course in occlusion and smile design, and in 2012, he attended the sixth CAD/CAM conference. In 2011, he earned a diploma in dental implants (270 CME hours). In 2010, he studied dental implant procedures and complication management, and became an associate member of the International Association for Orthodontics (IAO). In 2009, he was certified as a Lumineers provider, completed a basic orthodontics course through IAO, and attended a course in neuromuscular and functional orthodontics through ICNOG in Italy. In 2008, he received comprehensive oral implantology training. In 2007, he participated in the FDI World Dental Congress in Dubai, as well as a course on functional and esthetic implant prosthetics. His earlier implantology training includes courses on dental implants in 2006, fundamentals of routine implants in 2005, and multi-implant concepts in 2004. He also completed a course on public health and oral diagnosis in 1996. In 2018, he was granted a Dental Implant Privilege License by the National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA).
